Bad service from godrej after sales

Very poor Godrej product stopped working after 4 months and worst service. Their service man says it will take 15 days for a Main PCB to Arrive which is faulty.

I was purchaged a new Godrej Refrigirator Which is double door, in the Month of April-2024, that means my Refrigirator is in warranty (August-2024) but suddenly it is stop to working and for this problem I complain to customer Care many times - with mentions Complaind Numbers and date 1. X1704684059 on 17/04/2024; 2. X1704825622 on 19/04/2024, 3. X1406860653 on 14/06/2024, 4. X1507876734 on 05/08/2024, 5. X0808758972 on 08/08/2024. but till today 8/8/2024, my refrigiretor is not repaired, and Godrej service centre is not reponsive in this matter. Worst service after sell they only focus on sell.

Maine AC kharida tha godrej company ka, AC ki cooling se better cooler ki cooling hai, log haste hai kaha se liya local AC,Galti se bhi godrej ka product na kharide aap log, chor company hai service thik nhi , kharab product dekar sahi nhi karte @godrejappliance

Don't buy Godrej AC Their service and commitment is the worst, I complain on Date 04.07.2024 But still there service engineer not fixing my issue.I don't know other regions but in saran district service is not good. They will not give you any proper commitment.

Hello Godrej, I also have the same model of fridge. And I have had it for only one and a half years. My fridge is neither able to store ice nor cool things properly. My husband complained many times but nothing was done right. Please help me.
